Below are the detail about the product Parafen Tab. 

FORMULA: Each tablet contains:

fenbendazole 500 mg
Excipient cbp 1 g.

INDICATIONS: For the treatment and control of gastroenteric, lung and kidney, parasites including roundworms and tapeworms. It can be administered without risk of injury to toxicity or sick animals, malnourished or pregnant females.

DOSE: 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight every 24 hours for three days.

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product is exclusively veterinary use. Consult your veterinarian. Your purchase requires a medical prescription.
